Laura’s professional journey has been shaped by a decade-long tenure in the aviation industry, where she shone as a talent acquisition professional at the American Airlines Group. Now, she brings her expertise to the solid waste industry. Growing up, Laura witnessed her father dedicate 30 years to building his career in this sector, and now she is driven to carry on.
